I got my PowerPoint research presentation done. It's funny how proud of myself I feel when I use technology well.  The content was easy, but the PowerPoint with embedded video and images and narration was harder still it's done so that's one thing off my list. 

Also, I picked a talk for my lesson so now I just have to prepare it. 

 I made butternut squash soup for dinner and added way too much cayenne. It was spicy hot.
