Today we played games, watched movies, read books, walked the dogs, cleaned the house, read the scriptures, talked on the phone, worked, did school work.
Also today we fasted. President Nelson called for a worldwide fast and people of many many different faiths, and even some of no faith joined together to petition the Lord for relief. Everyone did well and I didn’t hear any grumbling from the kids. We were more than usually grumpy though. Was it from hunger? Or too many days hanging out together? I don’t know.
We did end on a good note. Everyone gathered at the table for dinner. Then we sat on the backyard and talked to Mom and Dad. Then we had our scriptures and prayer out there and it was peaceful and nice.
We ended the night with the 3 Musketeers and brownies.
