Lincoln is Grace’s constant companion. She is really a skilled dog trainer. He can do many tasks and is very well behaved. Today we went to the outlet mall. She drove there, then we spent a little time wandering and ate lunch in the food court. After we went to deliver band gifts to her friends. Grace is a thoughtful and generous friend. She will be a good driver. She’s careful and precise. The only thing that I am happy about in regards to our caboose being almost grown is that I don’t have to teach anyone else to drive. Everything else I miss and will miss. Drivers Ed not so much.

Today Ethan and Jackson hung out. He also sewed a button on his shorts that fell off. He didn’t even ask me to do it, he just googled “how to sew on a button” and then did it. I am proud of that boy. That’s the same way he learned how to change a headlight on his car, how to hard boil an egg, and how to play the piano. As long as he has google he’ll be good to go!
