We went to quest for lab work this morning and then we went to Arnold Palmer for Grace’s gastric emptying test. The plan was eat some radioactive eggs with some toast. Then get a 30 min. scan. Wait 30 min. Do a 1 min scan. Wait 1 hr take a 1min scan. Wait 2 hrs, final scan.
Grace ate the eggs, threw up the eggs. And they sent us home to wait for the “results”. Next up endoscopy and esophageal ph monitor.
We are hoping and praying that she doesn’t get a diagnosis of gastroparesis and that it’s something that can be managed with meds.
